Our Services

BILLING SERVICES

  • We will bill insurance using your software to submit electronic claims for Commercial Insurance, Medicaid, Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), and Medicare.

  • We will reconcile insurance payments received electronically and via mail into your practice management software.

  • We can provide insurance benefit verification services for an additional fee (dependent on software capabilities, etc.)

  • We can provide billing statements to clients for an additional fee (dependent on software capabilities, etc.)

  • We will coordinate with you to correct billing records or submit appeal documentation to insurance companies as required for any rejected claims.

VERIFICATION OF BENEFITS

  • We are happy to provide Verification of Benefits at your request.

  • We will provide the VOB within 2 business days of your request.

CREDENTIALING SERVICES

  • We will provide insurance credentialing services (initial and renewal) and maintain records of current licenses and malpractice insurance.

  • Providers are required to maintain their licenses, CEUs and malpractice insurance information.

COSTS

  • Billing – 5% of all payments received for clients using insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, or EAP. Self-pay revenue is excluded.

  • Credentialing – $250 per insurance per therapist for a new credentialing application $100 per insurance per therapist for re-credentialing (maintaining already existing credentials at the end of each term)

  • Printed and Mailed Claims – Any claims which require hard-copy forms will incur an additional charge of $1.00 per claim

  • Verification of Benefits - $4.00 per verification

  • Consulting fees - $150 per hour

CONSULTING SERVICES

  • We have more than 25 years of experience in the Mental Health industry and we are happy to help if you feel you need just a little extra help.

  • Although we will take care of your billing and credentialing needs, we are also happy to help with vision planning, payroll assistance, team building, and even marketing/advertising.

  • Any additional charges to be negotiated at the time of the contract and/or prior to charging our clients

  • We provide an invoice to you at the completion of each month, with a summary of charges, and you are welcome to pay via check or with credit card (with a convenience fee).
